Getting Your F-1 or J-1 Visa

The visa application process is between the student and the U.S. Embassy.  Students can apply for an F or J visa up to 12 months prior to the start date listed on the I-20 or DS-2019.  Please do not delay.  Pay the I-901 SEVIS fee and apply for the visa as soon as possible.
