Our unit amplifies Penn State’s transformative initiatives and impact by supporting the university community’s engagement and collaboration with international partners. We facilitate collaborations across Africa, Asia, Eurasia, Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean, and Oceania, and manages partnership agreements. Our agreements team guides, facilitates, and formalizes collaborative engagement, overseeing implementation and ongoing management to foster productive relationships and achieve common goals.
