Wanda Devlin, Coordinator, Oceania Partnerships,is responsible for managing the Penn State Global strategic partnerships in Oceania. Wanda has been with Penn State Global for over nine years and has held several roles within Penn State Global providing her many opportunities to support, advise, and build relationships with students, staff and faculty within the international education framework.

Throughout her career, Wanda has served in key roles for several international schools and non-profit organizations as she moved between Canada, the United States, Norway, Scotland, Nigeria and Azerbaijan. Collaboration, community building, and intercultural relationships have been a focal point throughout her career and international living experiences.

As the manager for strategic partnerships in Oceania, Wanda enjoys liaising with faculty members to capitalize on collaborative opportunities, discovering innovative ways to support and expand partnerships in Oceania and ensuring that engagement during visits and workshops between Penn State Global and institutional partners is effective and productive.
