Mental Health Awareness and Self-Care for International Students

This workshop is designed to help international students navigate the demands of university life by focusing on two key areas: mental health and self-care. Through interactive discussions and a review of Penn State resources, students will learn how to organize their time effectively while maintaining their physical and mental well-being. The session will cover techniques for setting priorities, managing stress, and developing a routine that balances academic and personal life. Remember, your mental and physical health are important!
